This program is provided to novice and experienced administrators after they have completed the Principal's Induction or LEAD programs that address the three ‘Core’ Leadership Standards.
UNITS OF THE NISL COROLLARY STANDARDS PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL LEADERS
The Corollary Standards curriculum includes two courses or six Units from the National Institute for School Leadership (NISL) design. These six units, when combined with the seven units of the "Core" Leadership Standards included in the Principal's Induction Program (GROW, complete the entire NISL curriculum that has been developed to date). Additional units are being pilot tested and will be available for Continuing Professional Education credit at a later date. NISL Course 2 (Units 5-8) is completed in eight days of training in one year and NISL Course 3 (Unit 9-10) is completed in four days of training the following year.

Unit 5 - Leadership for Excellence in Literacy (2 days)
Unit 6 - Leadership for Excellence in Mathematics (2 days)
Unit 7 - Leadership for Excellence in Science (2 days)
Unit 8 - Promoting Professional Learning and Phase 1 Simulation (2 days)
COURSE 3 (2nd year-1.5 CPE credits)
Unit 9 - The Principal as Instructional Leader and Team Builder (2 days)
