Principal's Induction Program (GROW)

Designed for principals and other administrators with less than five years administrative experience. Principals and assistant principals hired after January 1, 2008 must complete NISL Courses 1 and 4, within five years of their hire date, to meet Principal’s Induction Program requirements. Courses are facilitated by trainers certified by the National Institute for School Leadership.

LEAD (SUPPORT)

Program that addresses the three Core Leadership Standards and is designed for experienced principals and other administrators. Upon completion, participants earn 75 Act 48 PIL hours.
