All sessions will begin at 9:00 AM, with refreshments available at 8:30 AM, and will end at 3:00 PM. Locations for the sessions are tentative and will be confirmed once all participants have been identified, but they will be held in staff development rooms at one of the four intermediate unit locations. *

NISL 2-Day Institutes
Leadership for Students with Disabilities (SWD)
This three-day institute is designed to prepare superintendents, assistant superintendents, IU executive directors, principals, and assistant principals to exercise strategic and systemic leadership inspiring, mentoring, and mobilizing faculty and staff to address the learning needs of students with disabilities (SWD). Participants will design and develop continuous professional learning systems for school faculty and staff with a focus on supporting all students and considering inclusion approaches for students with disabilities.

Early Childhood Executive Leadership Institute
The purpose of this institute is to create an executive leadership program that will engage and connect Pre-K providers of child development and learning to elementary school leaders (Birth through Grade 3) through a common vision, mission, and performance linkages.
